1. Take out the spice packet from Talod Food's Bhajiya mix. Empty the mix into a bowl. Mix with 3 cups (450-500 ml) of water or milk until smooth.

2. Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry your chosen slices on medium heat until golden brown.

3. Your hot and delicious Bhajiya is now ready. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top for an excellent taste. Serve hot with chutney.
