1. Pour the Talod Mix and Water into a vessel

2. Keep it aside and let it rest for 15 minutes then pour this paste into the idli-trays.

3. Now put it in the idli cooker and steam it well for about 12 to 15 minutes.

4. Idli's are ready you can serve them with chutney and sambhar.
