1. Mix Talod Mix with water, then add green chilies, fenugreek leaves (methi), ginger, onion, garlic, and coriander leaves.

2. Divide the mixture into 5 equal portion and shape in roll, steam these rolls for 15 minutes.

3. Hot, delicious Muthiya is ready, cut the rolls in pieces/slices and season it with mustard seeds.
