Talod Surti Lodho Flour 200 GM

Surti locho - as the name suggests, its a popular street food snack that originates from the Surat city in the state of Gujarat, India. It is typically served as a breakfast or evening snacks. The soft and spongy texture of Locho is made from besan, spices and other ingredients. People mixed it with finely chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves and seasoned with a variety of chutneys,sev and chatmasala.

1. Empty the pouch of locha flour into a pot, then mix it with 500ml of water and ginger chilli paste. Let it sit for five minutes.

2. Stir again while putting this mixture in an oiled plate and stream it on high for 9 minutes.

3. Sprinkle the pouched masala over the prepared locha and serve hot.
