Talod Thepla Flour 400 GM

Thepla is the most favorite Gujarati food item that is loved by everyone in India because of its flavor and taste. People enjoy Theplas as an all time snacks be it as breakfast, in lunch, as an evening snack with tea or coffee or at dinner. It is also a preferred On the Go quick snack option that people carry on their trips/tours/travel, as it can last for a longer duration. 

1. Mix the Talod Thepla flour with 350 ml of water until it forms a soft dough. Add a touch of oil and knead until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

2. Partition the dough into 30 equal portions. Gently flatten each piece on a floured surface for rolling.

3. Cook the Thepla on a hot pan, flipping once, until both sides are golden brown. Add oil as needed during cooking.

4. Hot, delicious Thepla is ready with Mango pickles and curd.
