It is also best known as ‘Uppumavu’ and ‘Uppittu’. It is one of the most amazing, filling, and satisfying breakfast or quick snack options.

1. Pour Talod Mix and water into a pot, then add chopped vegetables and boil. Pick from Carrots, Tomatoes, Peas, or Onions as desired.

2. Boil water for 2 minutes, then add 2 tablespoons of pure or vegetable ghee. Gradually pour Talod Upma instant mix into the boiling water.

3. Continuously stir to achieve a uniform mixture. Reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 2 minutes to cook thoroughly.

4. Hot and fluffy UPMA is ready to serve. Garnish it with freshly cut coriander leaves.
